MAULE Aviation Tailwheels are designed and engineered to meet the toughest conditions on all types of airports and landing fields.

MAULE Model P8 Tailwheel Unit, equipped with shimmy dampener and 8” pneumatic tire, presents the industry with a thoroughly modern solution on airplane landing, taxiing and handling problems. Includes: Aluminum hub and hub cap, 8x3:00-4 tire and tube, all working parts highly heat-treated, weight approximately 7 lbs., shimmy dampener, steerable full-swiveling, steerable beyond full rudder range, new improved single arm shimmy-free fork.

Note: The component parts of the current model SFS-P8 tailwheel differ from those of the old model SFS-P8 which had a smooth contour tire. When ordering parts for the older model, specify “for 8.00” SC tire”.
