| WARRANTY: |
Limited to the replacement of parts purchased and/or refund within
30 days. Since we have no control over the application or use of the
material purchased, we disclaim any guarantee for performance or
responsibility for damages or injuries. |
| RETURNS: |
Accepted only if made within 15 days of sale or invoice date and are
subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be accompanied by the sales
or packing slip. However, we will not accept for return special order
items, electrical items, or cut to length items, i.e. tubing, wire,
hose, etc. |
| CREDIT: |
Due to the cost of postage and handling we would prefer to give
credit to business accounts only, doing a minimum of $50 per month, and
only to those who have or can furnish us with acceptable credit
application. |
| TERMS: |
Payment with order or C.O.D. Special order items are subject to a
25% non-refundable deposit in advance of shipment.
For your convenience, you can phone in your order and charge it on your
MasterCard or VISA! |
| SHIPMENT: |
We prefer UPS for convenience and ability to trace shipment but will
use Greyhound, Parcel Post, or motor freight if you so indicate. |
